Our Code of Conduct
Our mission is to make Lucky Dogs your dog's home away from home. We want every dog to feel safe, comfortable and happy while spending time with us, and we work hard to create a fun, friendly and positive environment for everyone.
To help us achieve this, we ask all of our Lucky Dogs families to follow a few simple guidelines. By working together and respecting these guidelines, we can help ensure a safe, enjoyable and stress-free experience for the dogs in our care, their families, and our team.
Illness
Similar to a children's crèche, we ask that you do not bring your dog for daycare when ill (vomiting, diarrhea, etc.) or carrying any type of infectious illness or condition. While time away from Lucky Dogs may impact your routine, it is important that we avoid any potential for the spread of illness to your dog's crèche buddies.
Relieving Before Drop-off
Please make sure that your dog has had his morning pee/poop before coming to Lucky Dogs. We strive to maintain a clean and safe environment for your dog and his crèche buddies. And we ask that our human clients work in partnership with us to keep our crèche free of morning accidents.
Drop-Off / Pick-Up Windows
As we are located in a residential neighborhood, we place a priority on minimizing as much as possible any noise that might disturb our neighbors. We ask that our customers strictly respect the or drop-off and pick-up windows:
Monday - Friday
Morning: 07:15 - 09:30
Afternoon: 12:00 - 19:00
Weekends & Public Holidays
Morning: 08:00 - 09:30
Afternoon: 12:00 - 18:00
